The Personnel and Payroll System offers a comprehensive solution for payroll processing and maintenance of personnel data. It is designed to meet local requirements and is continuously updated to meeting changing legislative requirements. The system performs all payroll related calculations and tracks personnel annual leave balances. Unlimited historical information of the employee maintained.
The Personnel and Payroll System handles monthly, daily and hourly rated employees. It can be interfaced with the Time Management System to eliminate the need to key in attendance, allowance, absenteeism and overtime payments. Aside from the ability to interfacing with major Banks for GIRO payment of salaries, the system is also CPF and IRASline approved.
Time Management System
The Time Management System is designed to process electronic data from the time clock so as to eliminate the need for manual calculations of work attendance / absenteeism including overtime, various other allowance relating to attendance and overtime work in an accurate and efficient manner. Other features of the Time Management System includes the scheduling and / or rotational of shift work.
There are also other versions of the Time Management System to incorporate features such as labour Process Costing to facilitate the monitoring of production labour cost. This system interfaces directly with the Personnel and Payroll System.
Leave Management System
The Leave Management System is designed to allow leave to be applied and approved via the office network. Email alert will be sent to the approving personnel as well as to the employees about the status of their leave applications at a scheduled time. This system interfaces directly with the Personnel and Payroll System as well as the Time Management System.
